Many of us break a bowl or vase and think:they are garbage. But the Japanese art encourages us to see the potential for beauty in reconstructing the broken pieces.
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold-that teaches us broken pieces are not something to hide but to display with pride!!
Every break is unique and instead of repairing an item like new,the 400 year old technique actually highlights the “scars as a part of design”
Using this as a metaphor for healing ourselves teaches us a valuable lesson.Sometimes in the process of repairing things that have broken,we actually create something brilliant, unique, beautiful and resilient. Embracing your flaws and imperfections, you can create even more stronger and more beautiful you.
It also built on the idea that “You wont realise your full potential until you go through tough times.”Everything happens for a reason and there is no difficult situation that comes our way without purpose. That purpose is becoming better, resilient and more grateful human beings.
Embrace your imperfections and find happiness-The Japanese way!!-a source of great wisdom for all of us.

I recently came across this story.I found it fantastic and beautiful, and would like to share now with all of you.
A Psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the”half empty or half full”question.Instead with a smile one her face, she inquired:”How heavy is this glass of water?”
Audience called out answers “6 ounces” , “10 ounces”, “200 grams” ,”500 grams” but she shrugged them off.
She replied: ” The actual weight doesn’t matter. What really matters is how long I’ve been holding it. If I hold it for just a minute it feels very light. If I hold it for an hour, I’ll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a whole day, my arm will be in extreme pain and it will be totally aching. Any longer than that and I will be very tempted to give up and drop it. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn’t change, but the longer I hold it ,heavier it becomes.
The psychologist continued: “This glass of water represents our challenges, our problems, our worries, our stress and anxiety.Carry them for only a short while and they’re manageable. Worry about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if we think about them all day long, or longer, we can begin to feel paralyzed and hopeless – incapable of concentrating or focusing on anything else.”
The psychologist reminded her audience: “It’s important to remember to let go of your worries and streses whenever possible. As early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don’t carry them through the evening and into the night. This can certainly be easier said than done in some cases, but in many cases it’s actually quite easy if we are mindful about it.”
Your peace is more important than driving yourself crazy trying to understand why something happened the way it did.Let it go.One of the best moments in life is finding the courage to let go of what you cannot change. We can either hold onto things that weigh us down or lift us up.
Remember to put glass down!Take good care of yourself.Stop worrying.Let go and move on!
I hope that this beautiful life story will inspire you to make a change in your life.
Hey!lovely people. When was the last time you took time out of your daily schedule to appreciate your wins more;take a moment (or more)to celebrate or acknowledge what you accomplish,it may be about any thing big or little;it really doesn’t matter.
The first principle of personal transformation is to appreciate your successes.By recognising your accomplishments, you build real confidence that gives you immense power to make new things happen and to think out of the box.Appreciating your successes enables you to take responsibility for your greatness so that your life is not just about becoming good enough, its about finding ways to use your special gifts to make a difference! Isn’t it beautiful.Yes!It is beautiful.
Appreciating yourself and appreciating your wins more and more is the first step towards giving yourself permission to be who you are and make the contribution you’re here to make.It make us feel whole, happy and accomplished along the journey toward those larger and much more deeply satisfying moments .
What’s the problem with our people is that we underappreciate the minor things that we do successfully every day.We spend so much time focussing on negative things that they have a deeper emotional effect on us.We tend to quick to crticize, slow to praise;especially of ourselves. The pain runs so deeply because we left it consume us.We rarely let joy and happiness consume us.We just let it pass.Immense yourself in your positive memories.Celebrate more good times. Its so easy to trapped on seriousness of life,we forget the fun.Don’t ever, ever forget the fun, especially when you are winning.
The fun is what makes life worth living. Its what keeps us from being trapped in all the seriousness of life that everyone makes it out to be.
Do that happy dance
Shout at the sky
Jump for joy
Celebrate as much as possible
Appreciate your wins as much as possible
Appreciate yourself as much as possible
Take a grateful pause before moving on
Feel gratitude for your wins
Enjoy your wins
Celebrate your small victories even-the baby steps-the little wins that turn the big, huge goal and dreams into reality.
I truly believe the Universe hands us more when we appreciate what we have-where we are, right at this moment.

No matter where I am
You exist in every breadth I make
Each moment I give praise while awake
You are glory of divine beauty
You are supreme being,a creator deity
You are the one who help us to cope
You are bearer of light giving us hope
Harmony and joy are gifts your peace gives
Qualities of love, patience and forgiveness you teach
If you are there ,then why to worry
With confidence we know you’ll always there to hold
Holding our hand, showing us how to lead a way
You bring a satisfied smile on our face
Each moment I give praise while awake
